Refund Policy

All sales are final
LicensePro Premium is sold on a subscription basis (monthly at $7/mo or annually at $59/yr). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused time on a paid subscription you choose to cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; your Premium access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions for billing errors
We will review and correct legitimate billing errors. Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge if any of the following apply:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same period
- Wrong amount — the charge does not match the price you agreed to at signup
- Unauthorized charge — you did not sign up for the subscription
- Fraudulent activity — your card or account was compromised
- Service failure — the Service was unavailable for a substantial portion of your billing period due to an issue on our end
In your email, include your account email, the charge date, the amount, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
Free tier and document vault
The free tier remains free regardless of how you cancel or use the Service. If you downgrade from Premium, any documents in your vault are retained but become inaccessible — your account becomes read-only with respect to the vault. Upgrade again at any time to restore full access.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account and recover any related costs. Please email us first — we are responsive and want to resolve any genuine issue without involving your card issuer.
